Community Guidelines

Bangladesh Social Hub is a public space for everyday sharing and helpful conversation. These rules keep the feed safe, respectful, and suitable for all ages.

What you may post

You are welcome to share content that is constructive, personal in a respectful way, and appropriate for a mixed public audience.

  • Everyday updates, travel moments, food, culture, and life in Bangladesh.
  • Original photos you own or have permission to share (family-friendly).
  • Helpful tips, questions, and experiences related to local services or community life.
  • Respectful opinions and discussion that do not target or demean others.

What is not allowed

Posts that break these rules may be removed, and accounts may be restricted for repeated violations.

  • Adult, sexual, nude, or 18+ content of any kind — including suggestive images and sexual services.
  • Any sexual content involving minors, or any content that exploits or endangers children.
  • Hate speech, harassment, bullying, or discrimination based on religion, ethnicity, gender, disability, or other identity.
  • Graphic violence, threats, glorification of harm, or encouragement of self-harm.
  • Illegal activity, scams, fraud, weapons trafficking, or sale of banned substances.
  • Spam, fake engagement, malware links, or repeated unrelated advertising.
  • Sharing someone else’s private information (phone, address, ID documents) without clear permission.
  • Deliberate harmful misinformation presented as fact about public safety or official documents.

How we enforce this

By publishing a post, you confirm it follows these guidelines. We may remove content that violates the rules, limit posting privileges, or suspend accounts. Automated filters help catch clear violations, but reporting from the community also matters.
